Apple Valley Senior High School students can gain STEM related experiences, all while still enrolled in high school. E3 STEM offers a variety of ways to explore STEM career fields and pathways. With opportunities such as job shadows, internships, mentoring and more, students get incredible exposure to how STEM applies to the real world. E3 STEM course guidance:
E3 STEM staff work with students to take advantages of STEM courses available on-site at AVHS, through Career Development, and possible PSEO options. Through mentoring and coursework, students are engaged with professionals to get an early start engaging in the STEM world. Students can take courses in three career pathways: Computers, Engineering, and Healthcare.

E3 STEM offers a wide range of hands-on exposure for students. Students can get involved in job shadows, paid and unpaid internships, workshops and camps, field trips, college and company tours, career counseling, tutoring, networking, and possible employments.
